Isadora Duncan (1877-1927) is considered the "mother of modern dance" in America. She broke away from the confines of ballet and developed a free, natural, and expressive way of moving that paved the way for future generations of dancers to come.
Isadora Duncan passed down her dances to the "Isadorables", her adopted daughters.
RammDance Company performs the authentic choreography of Isadora Duncan, as passed down through the direct lineage through
Isadora Duncan: Anna Duncan: Julia Levien, Hortense Kooloris: Adrienne Ramm & Beth Jucovy: Courtney Ramm
